Most network
marketers fail for several reasons.
People would rather read and learn
to do something, than actually do
it, because people are lazy. This is
an industry or marketing and
leadership. Most people don’t know
how to market or become leaders.
Here is how to market. Promote
yourself first. Let people trust
you. Offer your help, your
expertise. Be willing to help
someone no matter what. Even if they
are not in your downline. That
person may come to trust you and
join your business or purchase one
of your products later on. That’s
how I got my first lead to work with
me. I helped him, because his upline
could not or would not.
To market your
business, you must first market
yourself. By this, I mean offering
your help, give people some
training, and maybe some advice. You
will learn as you go, so show others
what you have learned. Teach them
the things that you have just
learned so far. Tell your prospect
and leads what they need to do to
get started. Make sure you offer
them your contact information
anytime they need help. Market your
product or service, not the
opportunity or compensation plan.
Opportunities and compensation plans
are not what make you successful.
You are what makes the business
successful. The marketing system is
already in place, you just have to
keep the system going. You set up
your system, then you run the
system. What will make you
successful is marketing yourself by
helping others, marketing your
product and service, then marketing
the opportunity and compensation
plan.
What can you do for
them? How will you show them how you
can help them? Show them you are a
leader. If you don’t know the
answer, find it and get back to them
with the answer. You can email me,
your upline, or ask someone in a
forum. Many online businesses have
their own forum. Use them to ask
questions, you will get lots of
answers. True success comes after
you have developed at least five
leaders in your organization.
