Login Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing Login problems there are a
number of issues that can be causing the problem.

Please make sure that your username and password are correct. Not only should they be correct but also remember they are case sensitive, so Password is not the same as password. If you are unsure how you typed your password in, use the lost password retrieval link.
If you are getting a Session Timeout or a Session Expiration when you try to login, this means that your Internet Browser is not accepting cookies and you must change your Security settings to accept cookies. They are required for to work properly.
Your browser should be Internet Explorer 5.5 or above or Netscape 7.0 or above. Also please note your browser MUST have 128 bit encryption enabled or you WILL NOT be able to login. If you are unsure, open your browser and select Help, then about and it will tell what encryption you are using. If you find that you are using encryption lower than 128, you will have to upgrade your browser. We do not offer assistance on upgrading or troubleshooting your browser plugin issues.
If you are using Internet Explorer, Check your browser security settings. Goto Tools, Internet Options, then select the Security tab. Click the Custom Level button, then on the bottom it says Reset and reset your browser settings to Medium. Click apply then ok. Close your browser and open it and then try to get to the site.
Clear your Internet Cache and your Internet History. Then reboot your system.
If you have another PC in your house or business, try to access the system from there. If you are successful then you know its a setting on the machine that your having login problems with.
